Matt Haywood announces retirement from hockey after this season
The 34 year-old has been a key part of the Leeds Knights success the past three seasons.
In his three seasons with the club Matt has won 3x league titles, 1 play-off title and 1 NIHL cup.
He has also scored 269 points for the Knights in those three seasons including an 113 point season in his first year with the club.
He will play his final games for the Knights in their bid to try and win the play offs to become the first NIHL team to win the treble.
