Kieran Brown could possibly return for the Leeds Knights this weekend
In an interview after their game on Sunday, Leeds Knights Head Coach Ryan Aldridge said he is "hopeful that Kieran Brown could return next weekend."

The Knights captain missed the first weekend of the NIHL season due to 'precaution' and after watching his team from the stands, he could make a return as early as this coming weekend.

Despite missing their captain, the Knights still managed to get a four-point weekend, beating the Solway Sharks 8-5 on Saturday and the MK Lightning 7-3 on the Sunday.

Ryan Aldridge also had this to say on Brown:

"At this point of the season were not bringing him in until he is 100%, he's too important to our organization and our locker room."

The Knights have two away games next weekend against the Bristol Pitbulls and Telford Tigers.
