Bristol Pitbulls Complete Triple Signing Ahead of 2026/27 Season
The trio arrive in Bristol bringing a blend of championship experience, offensive production, physicality, and leadership as the Pitbulls continue strengthening their roster ahead of the new season.
Jasper Foster
Former Peterborough Phantoms forward Jasper Foster joins the Pitbulls after enjoying a successful spell in Cambridgeshire, where he lifted the NIHL Cup in 2022/23 before securing playoff championship success the following season. The 23-year-old also featured in Peterborough’s runners-up finish in Coventry during the 2023/24 playoffs, adding further high-pressure experience to his résumé.
Standing at 6’0”, Foster brings 227 games and 82 points of NIHL experience to Bristol. Known for his honest north-south style, versatility, and willingness to battle in the corners, the Bidford-born winger adds valuable depth and reliability to the Pitbulls lineup heading into the new campaign.
Dylan Stewart
Canadian forward Dylan Stewart arrives in Bristol with an impressive record across North America and Europe. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, the 6’2” centre/wing developed through the WHL and ACAC before progressing into the professional ranks, including time in the SPHL, France2, and the NIHL National.
Stewart most recently starred for the Solway Sharks, producing 75 points in 51 games, including 37 goals and 38 assists. Prior to that, he finished as Huntsville Havoc’s leading scorer during the 2023/24 season and also impressed during a spell with Courchevel in France. Combining offensive production with a physical, hard-working style, Stewart is expected to bring both firepower and presence to the Pitbulls forward group.
Josh Kelly
Defenceman Josh Kelly heads to the South West following spells with the Berkshire Bees and MK Lightning, adding further experience and defensive stability to the Bristol blue line. Kelly has built a reputation around his physical, stay-at-home style of play and ability to handle the demands of playoff hockey.
The experienced blueliner is expected to add toughness and composure to the Pitbulls defensive core, while also helping support the continued development of Bristol’s younger players. His arrival adds another important layer of depth as the club prepares for the challenges of the upcoming NIHL National season.
