Sheffield Steeldogs 2-4 Telford Tigers
The Tigers came back from 2-1 down to beat the Steeldogs 4-2. Nick Oliver scored the game-winning-goal.
Bristol Pitbulls 5-6 (OT) Swindon Wildcats
The Wildcats came back from 5-3 down to tie the game up in the final two minute. Caden Villegas then popped up with the winning goal to put the Wildcats a step closer to the title.
Hull Seahawks (OT) 3-2 Leeds Knights
The Seahawks carried on their fine form with another victory, this time on penalty shots against their Yorkshire rivals. Emil Svec opened the scoring and then scored the winning penalty shot.
Peterborough Phantoms 2-5 Romford Raiders
The Raiders extended their point advantage in the play-off race with another away victory, Tjay Anderson with another two goals on the night.
Basingstoke Bison 3-4 MK Lightning
After a change of coaching, with Tim Wallace moving on and Lewis Christie coming in as interim coach, the Lightning pulled off a big away win. Jordan Spadafore’s shorthanded goal was the eventual game winner.
Leeds Knights 1-4 Hull Seahawks
The Seahawks completed the double against the Knights with four different goalscorers on the night including Ethan Hehir against his former side. Aleksanteri Heiskanen with 28/29 saves.
Swindon Wildcats 4-2 Basingstoke Bison
The Cats edged closer to that title with an important win at home. Caden Villegas with another two goals including the empty net to seal the two points. Two powerplay goals for the Cats.
Bristol Pitbulls 6-7 (OT) Peterborough Phantoms
An absolute thriller at the Pound with both teams going blow for blow. However it would be the Phantoms with the knockout punch in overtime as Luke Ferrara scored the winner which was his hat-trick goal.
MK Lightning 8-2 Telford Tigers
The Lightning raced home to a comfortable win against the Tigers, making it back-to-back wins for Lewis Christie’s side. Eight different goalscorers on the scoresheet for the home side.
Sheffield Steeldogs 3-2 Romford Raiders
The Steeldogs took a 3-0 half way through the game, but the Raiders fought back to within a goal, however couldn’t complete the comeback as Brady Parker stood strong in the Steeldogs net.
Solway Sharks 5-3 Leeds Knights
The Sharka carried on their fine form with a home victory against the Knights. Michael Hodge with two goals on the night whilst Lewis Young scored the game winner with less than 10 minutes left.
Basingstoke Bison (PS) 3-2 Solway Sharks
The Bison did get an important win this weekend over their play-off rivals, Luke Spadafora who opened the scoring in the game, also finished it with his penalty shot being the winner.
Romford Raiders 4-5 (OT) Sheffield Steeldogs
The Dogs completed a four-point weekend with an overtime victory in Romford. Bair Gendunov scored four goals including the eventual overtime winner.
Hull Seahawks 4-3 Swindon Wildcats
The Seahawks made it eight wins in a row as they eased out a win against the league leaders. Powerplay goals the difference as Jack Musil netted the game winner with just over 10 minutes to go.
Peterborough Phantoms 8-3 Bristol Pitbulls
The Phantoms completed the four-point weekend with a comfortable high scoring win over the Pitbulls. Dillon Lawrence this time scoring a hat-trick on the night while Luke Ferrara got a nine point weekend taking him to 97 on the season.
Telford Tigers 4-6 MK Lightning
The Lightning made it three wins in a row as they too down the Tigers. Two power play goals were enough in the final minutes of the game to see out another win and turn a corner coming into the final stretch of the season.
