Game Review Panel, EIH Department of Player Safety, and Decision Review System updates from calendar week 5 in 2026:
- Milton Keynes Lightning - Leeds Knights (Game 711)
- Oli Endicott and Harry Gulliver take a penalty point each for major penalty Fighting under the IHUK-R Equal and Willing combatant interpretation
- Sheffield Steeldogs - Peterborough Phantoms (Game 707)
- Coach Ashley Tait received five team penatly points and a single game suspension for a game misconduct issued for Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Leeds Knights - Milton Keynes Lightning (Game 716)
- Harry Gulliver's minor penalty for Boarding was upgraded to a major penalty receiving one penalty point following successful DRS review.
- Bailey Perre and Archie Salisbury received a point a-piece after major penalties for Fighting under the IHUK-R Equal and Willing combatant interpretation
- Romford Raiders - Bristol Pitbulls (Game 715)
- Liam Morris received a penalty point for a major penalty for Boarding
- Bobby Ragan received a single game suspension for a major plus game misconduct penalty for Spearing
- Telford Tigers - Solway Sharks (Game 714)
- Jonathan Yantsis recieved two penalty points for a Misconduct penalty, which took him through the 10 personal point threshold and is to serve a single game suspension.
