Romford Raiders sign Canadian Goalie, Cole Ceci!
After the departure of Ethan James earlier in the week, the Raiders use up one of their import slots on Cole who is brother to NHL defenseman, Cody Ceci.
Cole was crowed MVP of the presidents cup playoffs and backstopped his team to the championship! He got a staggering .938 save percentage.
New head coach Jason Buckman is delighted with the signing quoting “it’s great to have someone as experienced as Cole. His attitude to work and compete is exactly what we need here at Romford!”
Cole said himself: “I’m excited for a new challenge over In the UK where I can help backstop the Raiders to a lot of wins and hopefully a championship!”
The Raiders have now confirmed two strong new Canadians to their lineup and have two remaining import slots left to fill.
